🚀 Release Note: Migration to FIS Infinity IDP for Accounting Data As a Service (ADaaS) Dashboard Authentication

🔐 Overview

We are migrating the authentication system of the ADaaS dashboard to the FIS Infinity Identity Provider (IDP) to enhance security and privacy of your account. This strategic move ensures secure, centralized access management for all users and aligns with FIS’s enterprise-wide identity and access management standards.

🎯 Key Objectives

Centralized Authentication via FIS Infinity IDP
All user authentication and access management will now be handled through FIS Infinity IDP, replacing the legacy system.

Compliance with FIS Security Standards
The migration aligns and offers the following:

• Enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all users
• Increasing minimum password length to 12 characters
• Enabling 90-day password rotation
• Ensuring all traffic is encrypted (no inbound Port 80 access)

Seamless User Experience
The new login and signup flows are designed to minimize disruption. Users will be guided through:

• Email verification
• One-time password setup
• First-time login via IDP
• Automatic redirection back to the ADaaS dashboard

📣 What You Need to Do

• Watch for communications of an email -- “Your FIS login credentials” from [email protected] regarding your account transition. Action is required from each user to reestablish their account.
