Dashboard Updates

Income Statements Report

We're excited to introduce the Income Statement Report, in a new Consolidated view seamlessly integrated into the Accounting Data as a Service™ Dashboard! Users of the Income Statement Report will have the option to view this data in List or Consolidated view.

How to Access:

  • Navigate to the Dashboard and log in.
  • In the left sidebar navigation menu, go to Businesses > Click into a connected business
  • Select the Reports tab.
  • Go to Accounting > Click on Income Statements

The default view is the current List view. So if you want to stay with that view you can fill in the Report filter options; Accounting Method (Cash, Accrual), Report Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Start Date, End Date and click Apply button.

If you want the NEW Consolidated view - you will want to select that radio button and fill in the Report filter options; Accounting Method (Cash, Accrual), Report Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly), Start Date and click Apply button.

Offering the Consolidated view gives users access to a traditionally formatted income statement, making it easier to analyze profits and losses.
