On-demand Data syncing from the Dashboard
We are excited to introduce on-demand data sync from the dashboard. It is seamlessly integrated into the Accounting Data as a Service™ Dashboard and users will now have the option to initiate an on-demand data sync for their business connection or a datatype from the dashboard , in addition to using an API. For more information see Syncing data
These improvements will enable customers to manage and troubleshoot their data syncs more effectively, enhance transparency in the synchronization process, and minimize the need for external support by providing self-service troubleshooting options directly on the dashboard.
How to Access (Business Connection):
- Navigate to the Dashboard and log in.
- In the left sidebar navigation menu, go to Businesses
- Click the Manage Business kebab menu icon on the right under the Action column, then select Manage Services,
- Select Sync Data for the connection.
On this modal page the Sync Data button should be enabled if an on-demand data sync is available for that business connection. If the button is disabled it means the service provider does not support on-demand data sync for that business connection. See On-demand data sync business connection.

How to Access (Datatype):
